Do you offer any discounts for students or educators?
We offer education discounts on full-price plug-ins. To qualify, you will need to provide proof of current enrolment status such as a current student I.D or, if you are staff, a letter of employment from a recognised educational institution.
Do you offer trial periods?
We plan to offer trials in the future. Keep an eye on our website and newsletter for updates.
What is your returns policy?

Why is this thing free?
On occasion we offer FREE instruments with no strings attached. Once you add them to your account they are yours, for life. So why do we do it? Well you don't know us, we don't know you, so lets call this a trust exercise. We give you something, and in return you give us a chance to tell you about what we are up to over and ebbandflow HQ.
Can I transfer my license to someone else?
Reselling copies of our plug-ins is strictly prohibited, but we do support single license transfers for a small fee. Get in touch if this applies to you.
Commercial Use
Can I use this in commercial music?
Yes. Your licence covers use in commercial music within the context of a musical arrangement. This includes delivering stems that form part of a finished production. What is not permitted is distributing the plug-in's content in isolation i.e exporting every note of a preset individually in a way that could be considered re-sampling or redistributing the underlying material outside of a fixed musical context. If in doubt, check the EULA.
Do I need to credit ebbandflow?
There is no legal requirement to credit us, but who doen't love a shout out?
Our Approach
Are any of your sounds made with AI?
No. We are a human focused operation. While AI has a place in all our day to day lives, we endevour to put creativity first. All sounds are generated by professional artists utilising skills honed over a lifetime.
What about the musicians?
All our musicians are deeply involved with each and every project, and are compensated at top tier union rates for their work. This is our way of not only saying thanks for the countless hours of performance, but also to make sure they want to come back for even more. We also have various projects where profits are shared hand-in-hand with those involved, doing our part to make sure engineers, studios and artists alike are able to keep creating and keep bringing music to the community.
