Can I use this in commercial music?

Yes. Your licence covers use in commercial music within the context of a musical arrangement. This includes delivering stems that form part of a finished production. What is not permitted is distributing the plug-in's content in isolation i.e exporting every note of a preset individually in a way that could be considered re-sampling or redistributing the underlying material outside of a fixed musical context.
