REFUND POLICY

Digital Content Notice
The Product is digital content.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory 14-day cancellation right once download begins, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be granted where:

(a) the Product is materially defective;
(b) we are unable to remedy a fault within a reasonable time; or
(c) we are required to do so under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided for:

(a) change of mind after download;
(b) system incompatibility where minimum requirements were clearly stated;
(c) subjective dissatisfaction;
(d) failure to understand licence restrictions.

Nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
